Policies at A. Monet Collection

Refunds/Returns: Hair must be inspected 72 hours after purchase/delivery for any refunds/returns. Wig sizing is not included in refunds/returns. Please know your wig measurements. After that 72 hour period nothing can be done. For returns/refunds the hair must be in its original state, unaltered and lace untouched.

Pre-Orders: Full policy located on "Pre-Order" tab. Pre-Order wigs are NOT on hand. Refunds are not permitted after purchase so please read policy thoroughly. There is a 2-5 business day processing time and 10-20 business day turnaround time. Business days are Tuesday-Saturday at A. Monet Collection.

Luxe Wigs: Luxe Wigs are wigs that are on-hand and ready for immediate pick-up or shipping. Please know your wig size. Refunds/Returns are not permitted for incorrect wig sizing.

Bundles: Bundles have a processing time of 3-7 business days and a shipping time of 1-3 business days.
